I'd be tempted to let Brown go on loan again. See if we can offload Washington and sign up Gayle and Collins for another season. Get a championship level CF and utilise the likes of NML and CBT too. Then we have plenty of flexibility for a 352, 343 or a 4231.

I'd certainly give James Collins another deal. He has done well for us this season. Especially if we play two up top next season we will need some depth up top and he is a work horse who fits in well with the system. Collins, Gayle and a young centre foward would be ideal. Plus the likes of NML.

Paul Warne can't have done too badly as we are second in the table and in a great position of going up. Everyone would have taken that at the start of the season.
