That fact that Rooney says he is more confident than he has ever been that we will get new signings, you would hope they start signing on today.

I'm sure the fact that Mel is talking to the fans on Wednesday will help to speed things along , I think Davies will be first then I'd hope for Jags and then Morrison / Carroll

What's he gonna be worth season end when he's out of contract, and Rooney has him looking like a no-hoper through his inept management?

If you a 2m offer comes in take it and run, because he won't be the difference between keeping you up and going down, and he'll be off season end for next to nowt anyway.

We have the option of a further year so I'd keep him and hope that our situation is better next summer plus any money raised would not go back into the team and we would have to replace him

If Bielik comes back and can stay fit we might be alright, if we can also find someone who can score goals....

If he comes back and stays even remotely fit he will be sold in January.... Unless we have new owners in the next week or two of course

We can't have a squad bigger than 23 players and we have to include the kids who played against Chorley as "first team players" , I think we currently sit at 24 with those included (it explains why we have let so many kids go and why we can't complete a deal for Mengi , the EFL are trying every which way to stuff us over

Derby can sign players on free or a loan mate as long no fee involved.

Take this as it's meant, this has come via two pretty influential figures in DCFC history over the past 30 years, not claiming to be ITK and am just repeating what I've been told from sources that I rate highly.

Been told today that it is a Washington DC based consortium/investors that are behind the bid for the club, knew Rooney when he played for DC United, and are just waiting to see which division we are in next season, it's expected to be the Championship.  Led to believe that one of the investors is an agent.

IF we are relegated then Rooney walks, that is not thought to be expected though.

All ready to go and waiting on the EFL appeal and conformation of Championship status.

No idea of money to spend, but given the past few years spending then maybe that doesn't really matter and frugality could be the key.

We won't know for definite what league we will be in until the 3rd game of the new season, if we have to wait till then administration will be right around the corner
