  1. Many thanks @mozza. I’m sure there are times when it feels a bit of a pain to have to do, but it’s greatly appreciated. I really must spend the summer refitting my mind to instil that predicting a loss is not traitorous! I did manage to predict a couple of draws this season but I had to self-hypnotise to do it!
  2. Doing anything out of the ordinary tires me out! Yesterday was definitely out of the ordinary and I slept for almost 11 hours last night 😀🐏🐏
  3. One of the word puzzles I do to keep my mind going - the answer was DERBY! Proof that we’re going to win!!🐏🐏🐏
  4. Thanks, BuckoBeast, that brought it all back - it’s a much easier listen when you know there’s a happy ending! David Clowes, sounding so sincere in offering us a future . I hope we never take for granted what he did in securing DCFC
  5. I feel so sorry for the older fans of the ‘big6’. They are the ones who love their club, like we do ours, but have been taken over and priced out of the game. I have no wish to join that elite. Give me David Clowes over a rich sheikh any day!
  6. Fully endorse this. Great to go to a match again’ on my own’ - though with plenty of minders! My son had been worried that I was going on a coach full time of football hooligans! He’s always wrong about predicting the score and he was just as wrong about this! Thanks everyone
  7. I’m new but will be there from Bristol. I’m so excited to be able to go to a game on my own! We’ll, with other Rams of course.
  8. Still makes me feel slightly tearful - and I never met him.
  9. When did we have a stress free bit? I must have slept through it!
  10. Not only flanges but also scraves or scavers which are interchangeable depending on level of excitement ! Bmore B4
  11. Portsmouth 1 - 2 Rams. Rfgs NML
  12. Ignore this as I’ve now booked with you by text to be picked up in Bristol!
  13. Hi Justin. I’d like to book a seat as I think I’ll manage this better than the train. I see the pick-up point is Jct 16 M5. Approximately what time do you get back?
  14. Well, that was certainly worth staying awake for! I was fine until after the penalty - then my concentration went and I never quite knew where the ball was! Definitely the best game I’ve seen us play for a long time. I thought everyone played their part and we didn’t need to carry anyone. I don’t get to many games now, but as I’m staying with my daughter in Loughborough, I’m going to get to the Bolton game. I struggled to get to sleep last night as I was buzzing and at 11.30 my son texted to say he’d booked parking for the Carlisle game so could I sort out tickets!. Getting them is my only contribution these days as he now pays for us all. Let’s hope we’re celebrating on 27th April!
  15. Done. Interesting and gave me pause for thought
  16. I’m going to this, my first attempt at an evening game since the brain haemorrhage 4 years ago. if you’re in the west stand could you keep the noise down please? I’m usually barely awake by 8.30 so I’d be grateful if you didn’t wake me up just to watch a game of football. Thankyou!
