Annoying in that it didn't kill my appetite but did stop the gym sessions.
I'm going to have to try not to go mental with the all-inclusive but I suspect we all know what's going to happen there.
Ive been doing an aggressive cut. 1000-1500 calories. Its so much easier for me to do that for 2-3 week instead of months and months of being on a diet. Ye illness sucks mate hope you can suffer through your all inclusive 🤣

dont know if anyone cares but im down to 15st 2 and hoping to break into the 14st barrier by the weekend. With the hot weather comes all the socialising and bbq's so im gonna have a miserable time in coming months hahaa

how old are you? iv purchased some bluetooth scales that give a rough idea of muscle mass, body fat etc. and thats depressing.

tbh i think we've recruited and delt with things reasonably well since clowes and warne have been in charge. so i trust them with whatever they do regarding the future of the club or personnel

From what i gather he was originally a left back but has now been utilised on both wings. His stats are not impressive. But him , sibs , fozzy and elder is sufficient cover for left back. With each one being able to play multiple positions aswell

I think loan him out to a league one club (where its more physical) and access where he is in January. The rumour that we're looking at clarke harris. i think jch , gayle , collins will be a very good strike force for the champ. I'd sell or get rid of waghorn and washington

Interesting , after gaining promotion it makes me wonder what formation we're gonna recruit for? 3 at the back worked at the end of the season.

My mate is a pro darts player and ive only watched him on tv once , unfortunately its not exciting to watch for me hahaa , its like cricket , golf , pool. Nowt really to get excited about
meanwhile footie , motorbike racing , boxing , karate combat , mma is what interests me more. But good luck to anyone doing darts as there is a lot of money to be had for throwing 3 sticks at a circle on a wall 🤣
