I'm also a fan of board games. Things like Pandemic and Dead of Winter.

My 14yo lad loves board games, we got him Dead of Winter last year and Pandemic this year (he usually takes them round to his Grandads at the weekend!) as birthday presents

Not a huge fan of board games myself but Dead of Winter is pretty good as is The Resistance (not played Pandemic yet), I actually had a lot of fun playing that last Christmas! I enjoy deceiving my fellow players to reach the victory goal purely for myself :p

Anyway, links to games are here. Other shops are available!

Anyone on here play World of Warcraft?

    *Puts tin hat on*

Played it a bit, never really got on with it.  Much prefer Elder Scrolls Online and SWTOR (which has very good storylines for those of you that enjoyed KOTOR).  SWG was my favourite MMO of all time though - and I still play the emu :)

I'm currently playing Overwatch, Mass Effect Andromeda and Planet Coaster whilst waiting for Destiny 2.  All on the PC, none of this console nonsense :p

  4. PC sales are declining but I guess thats due to a lot of users being happy with an iPad or whatever to browse t'internet.

The last I read was the PC games market makes £1bn or £2bn more than the console market - however both are around £30bn give or take.

I recently got Horizon Zero Dawn on my PS4 after years of using it just for a blu-ray player and couldn't believe how shocking I was at trying to aim lol.  Played about 5-10 hours but then sold it as despite it being a great game I just couldn't get on with the controller.

Give me a mechanical keyboard and mouse any day!

Any of you fools on Xbox playing Overwatch? A bit late to the party here but I'm kinda liking it....a lot. Send me your gamertags and I will carry us to victory

I have overwatch but on the PC.  Is it even possible to shoot straight with an xbox controller :p

Question is will people still be online playing or will it be a 2 month that was cool thanks, not fussed at all about single player, only want it for multiplayer

Dipped in and out of this thread so dunno if its been mentioned before but Overwatch is a damn good multiplayer shooter.

  7. A little late to the party but have recently started playing a lot of The Division.  Plodding through the solo content atm and after a couple of character restarts to get an idea of the game have reached about level 16 in my 20 or so hours.

Enjoying it immensely at the moment but not sure what to do when I hit the level cap.  The Dark Zone is not really solo friendly and I have no friends to group with lol.

  8. Minions

Took the kids (7yo and 12yo) at the weekend and we all came out with the same opinion characters like this are much better playing bit parts in movies rather than having a whole movie to themselves.  Short sharp laughs are funnier than trying to drag jokes out for 90 mins.

5/10 if you've seen the trailer, you've seen the best bits
