Just wanted to celebrate this kid who has introduced himself in the  rams around the world section of this forum. Many will know of his super-quick goal clips provided on Twitter, this South Korean lad appeared recently on Rams Review Podcast (where he politely tolerated being called Lee the whole time, which is his surname/family name)
Somewhat bizzarely, he became a passionate Ram since the play-off final against QPR (must be drawn towards injustice and tragedy) and gets up at 3 or 4am to watch matches.
He also writes pieces promoting our club in South Korea.  I'm not on Twitter but I'm sure many have welcomed him already. Hopefully we can reach out and help him visit Pride Park one day. I think he will feature more on ramsreview pod so a relationship is developing there.  Hope the club are aware too and might assist.

I've been one of Keogh's greatest supporters over the years, but I believe his actions over this incident have cost the club a great deal.
The honour of being captain isn't just about wearing an armband, it's about being a leader on and off the pitch. That night when his leadership was needed, he wasn't up to the job and let the club down. He must have known that Bennett and Lawrence must have been over the limit, but didn't do enough to make sure everyone got home safely.
As a result of Keogh's failure, the club has suffered massive disruption and appalling publicity. Also, we have lost, in Keogh, our captain and a key player. With us struggling to adhere to FFP, we couldn't afford to replace him with a similar quality player for the next 18 months, whilst also paying his wages.
His dismissal was entirely justified imo and if people expect the club to have also sacked the other 2, then this would have cost the club even more, allowing a competitor to pick them up for nothing.
I believe the club, having organised this event with the best intentions, have been left with little choice on how to react.

Playing wise i always thought he was decent at this level & have defended him
But lets be honest he isn't irreplaceable. Its debatable but i think davies is a better defender. He was barkers replacement & wasnt as good as him either
This will be a blessing. If this incident is the attitude of our captain then maybe we are better off without him. He's captained a side thats failed for the last 5 seasons. Its time for a change and this has forced it. Bad timing with the window being shut
I think it's a good move by the club. Even if we are forced to agree to pay half his contract then weve saved half on a player thay if he gets fit won't be good enough to play at this level. In a way im glad we've sacked him. It makes an example of him & shows nobody is bigger than the club & might make the others take note.

IIRC it was meant to be a golfing day, but I think it got cancelled to inclement weather. Moreover, it wasn't planned to be 'a boozy night out'. Cabs were booked for 8 so a civilised bite, a bit of squad bonding then home at a reasonable hour.
Also, you can't try and blame other folk for the stupidity of this group of players. They're adults not ducking toddlers. If they want to get pished up and drive around like dheads that's their call and it's grossly unfair to blame anyone but the individuals involved.

    Exactly.
and then add in you aren’t a shelf stacker at sports direct with a Gcse in counting smarties. You are a club captain, a player who has represented his country, you live in a world of extreme privilege and, probably the most important, you have a solid career behind you during which you have seen first hand the ups and downs the triumphs and disasters and where things can go wrong. Did anything go in during the last 10 years ?

Serious lack of judgment .. I think so, and now there are consequences. Brutal, sad, unfortunate especially for a guy I had huge respect for .. but that’s what happens.
