  1. Too easy. Just promote us already.
  2. We fluked the playoffs but didn’t fluke promotion? It’s the same thing.
  3. Of course you can fluke it. I think it’s evident by our PL season that we didn’t get promoted on ability. Stars aligned for us and Forest.
  4. You can fluke promotion. Billy Davies did it here. I said you were lucky to stay up. Cooper won’t go on to better things. He isn’t any better than Pearson or Dean Smith. He had you playing crap football and you would have gone down with him. I understand why there is a love for Cooper. But in 5-10 years time you will see him in a similar way Brighton fans see Chris Hughton. Just a stepping stone.
  5. Cooper was holding them back. He fluked promotion and they stayed up by luck. A decent manager comes in now and they look a completely different side. Cooper is just a welsh Nigel Pearson.
  6. By Easter I expect us to be about 10 points clear of third and cruising to promotion. Easy.
  7. Don’t worry guys. We’re so superior to our rivals this season we’re just giving them a head start to make it a challenge. We will still get something from this game. Easy.
  8. Mikey Garcia was similar. Brilliant at his weight, had no competition so just went for the payday vs Spence at 147 when Spence could easily fight at 154. The size and power difference was huge considering Garcia had already moved up from 135 to 140lbs.
  9. This league is too easy. Bookies should just pay out on Derby’s promotion now and get it over with.

    Wayne Rooney

Rooney continues to do a fine job at Birmingham.
  11. I always said Forest would be fine this season. But their recent form plus poor performances, coupled with Luton making a fist of it, gave me a glimmer of hope. But ditching Cooper and getting Nuno in has squashed all that. Nuno unfortunately is a step up. Leeds, Southampton and Leicester all fired managers and hired a worse one. Why couldn’t Forest have done the same? Damn.

    Krystian Bielik

He looked a class above before his injury against Bristol City, which was his third one I believe. Hard to come back from that.
  13. Forest’s best performance by a country mile this season. Cooper was holding them back.
  14. Doesn’t Ngannu hold the tag now as the biggest puncher? It’s hard to know how good Wilder really was when all he was doing was knocking out guys who barely scrape the top 20. I mean, looking at Wilder’s resume, who is on there that you wouldn’t expect somebody like Dubois, Zhang, Ruiz, Whyte or Parker to beat let alone a genuine top fighter. Wilder won his WBC title against Stiverne. I’d expect Hughie Fury to beat Stiverne.
  15. He had no fire in him. It’s nice to be gracious in defeat but he seemed way too relaxed about it. We all want to see him fight AJ. But he spoke as if he was considering calling it a day.
  16. Raises the question how good Wilder is/was. He hasn’t beaten anyone in the top 10. A 50-year-old Ortiz is his only notable victory. He was a WBC champion but he never fought anyone. And also it raises the question about Fury’s CV.
  17. How many punches were thrown in that Parker Wilder first round? About 5? Should call it a 9-9. Good job it isn’t in Vegas. There would have been boos.
  18. There are a number of big names on this card but every fight so far has been uncompetitive, too one-sided. Bivol is a phenomenal fighter and Arthur did well to make the last bell. Baby Miller was just a 330lb walking punching bag.
  19. The irony of Forest feeling a sense of injustice over poor officiating. You are only playing PL football as a result of some poor officiating in the Championship playoff final. Forest have now played Sheffield Utd, Burnley, Luton, Bournemouth, Brentford and Everton at home. They have made an easy start look very difficult. They should be grateful their next home game is against Man Utd.
  20. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t this Putin’s war? You can question whether Zelenski is sacrificing Ukrainian lives to defend his government’s beliefs. It’s valid. But there is a big difference between being backed into a corner and making that decision and just outright instigating a war.
  21. What I find harrowing is thinking how precious life is. We only get one. And then you have this nutjob just sending people to their deaths for his own personal gain. People are needlessly dying for one man’s self ambition. These people dying have wives, kids, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, close friends. Thousands dying, millions affected. While Putin just sits there in an comfy, warm office playing online chess or Risk without a care in the world.
  22. I think it’s just a case of more of the same. We have had a nice run of fixtures with five of the last seven being at home, with our two away games against lower opposition. Biggest challenge will come in March time when the pressure will be on, fitness levels will be tested after a long slog and we have the likes of Bolton and Blackpool coming to PP in potential six-pointers. That said, the next 3 look tasty.
  23. We will win this easy. We’re just luring Lincoln in with a false sense of security and then we’ll strike them hard late on. 3-1. Odds of a Derby win at this point are 6/5. If I was a betting man I’d slap big bucks on us now.
