Start with "B4's going to the spirit in the sky" His memory is well worth the song 🐏 He is certainly our guiding star in the sky, and he will be remembered for a very long time. I've just realised I met him once outside the ground a couple of years ago. Hope the family are doing well.

It was great, and I know Derby scoring at that point made it very special for friends and family who were in a large group at the match.

I think he would be pleased that Derby scored on the 26th minute.

Average second place over the last 7 years is 90.4 points. 92 points or 2 per game is a decent target. Posh currently in second place have 41 points from 21 games = 1.95 points per game. A win tonight will give us 40 points from 21 games = 1.95 per game. It looks like second place might be close to the 7 year average this year. Basically its close and all to play for! COYR.

We have to keep winning, fingers crossed for injuries, so squad and game management are crucial. Maybe a couple of new faces in key areas too!

It wouldn't be an overkill if people followed the rules. I don't know why the club don't just remove the people causing the problem and revoke their season tickets and away memberships. Problem then solved and the majority can carry on enjoying their matchday experience.

Was aware of the supporters board, but not the SCG. I've never had the chance to vote for members of the SCG, they certainly dont represent my views!

Lifelong Derby fan Sam Wilson from Long Eaton was tragically killed in Ilkeston last weekend. He was a season ticket holder originally in the North Stand, then he later moved with his mates to the South Stand. Lets show our support for a rams fan lost in such awful circumstances by a rousing minutes applause on the 26th minute. I know his family and friends will really appreciate it. Rest in peace Sam.

Indeed, and anyone found not in their allocated seat should be removed from the ground. It will be the same people every week who think they can do whatever they like. Full marks to the club for trying to deal with it.

Think you have summed it up nicely there 😂The checks are there because a number of fans can’t be trusted to stand in their allocated space, and just stand in the aisles or top of steps or whatever they see fit. Others have already mentioned that people have been just squeezing in wherever they want.

I suspect thats exactly what will happen at some point.

I couldn't help but notice there were still a lot of people standing in the aisles at the top of the south stand. These idiots will ruin it for the rest! I assume the club are worried about people thinking they can stand anywhere they want, hence the ticket checks. Unfortunately there does seem to be an element of "I'll do want I want" associated with standing in seated areas, I hear that also happens at away games too?

We are currently only 2 points away from achieving 2 points per game/90 points total. 90 being the average points over the last 7 years to achieve second place. Bolton in second place are currently plus 1 to that line of 2 per game. Current points per game for the season so far would suggest us making 87 points... However, we have not seen much in the way of our crucial players going injured at the top of their form, or suspensions at critical times. It's all to play for but I personally think we are better placed this time, hitting good form earlier, and possibly a bit more depth in certain areas of the squad. Wilson and Ward are looking very good, as is JJ, with NML being the influence we know he can be. Good player management and getting the most out of squad players is going to be critical. Also ins and maybe outs in January will be important. Hope we can keep Bird and Cashin and Nyambe and he comes back from AFCON injury free and fighting fit, and we see more of Elder, and we can extend JJ, to actually get more out of him. As for new players, lets see what happens! It's actually a great time to be a rams fan so COYR 🙂

I'd suggest where there is a problem then the mods need to adopt a no-nonsense rule and delete the post and warn the poster. I run several global FB groups this way, and have no problems at all, because its made very clear. I've often found people are ready to dismiss sensible comments that don't fit with what they think. I'm sure the mods know their usual suspects! Great OP by the way, and well worth talking about.

Got a feeling this will be a tough game, nervy first half, 0-0 at half time, but we get a messy goal early in the second half and another late on on the break to seal a result. COYR!
