    Liam Delap

I hear you and understand that point of view, it’s just this is the Liam Delap thread in the Ex Rams board, probably one to avoid if you have lost interest in the lad.
  2. I will do my bit for the team.
  3. Also been made captain for their last 2 games.
  4. Well done. I applaud your new found consideration of neighbours. It warms my heart I have saved one Yorkie over in Iceland
  5. At 6pm? It’s midnight in Mumbai, doubt it’s fireworks I can hear from there. Was about to take the dog out for a decent walk before the mayhem later, won’t go near the door now. Not sure if I’ve mentioned it before, I strongly dislike fireworks and people that let fireworks off at inappropriate times.
  6. Jack Russell owner here, he usually falls asleep which makes me question which member he is on here.
  7. On here, most are probably still drawing a willy on the newspaper front page and colouring in their teeth. Wouldn’t expect much at all.
  8. If we was talking about the odd game being lucky, I may see your point. However it’s a run of 8 games, lucky to score 18 and concede just 3 yet it’s the next 2 that would swing it? Look at the 10 game form someone posted earlier, even with the defeat we still top the table. Bit unfair at this stage not to give credit where credit is due.
  9. If you want to complain about style of football, possession stats, xG, humour or bobble hats, go for it, however in the results business, our form since the Stevenage game is stupendous. Played 8 Won 7 Drawn 1 Lost 0 Scored 18 Conceded 3
  10. And if it is the football….the Etihad is not exactly known for the best atmosphere in the Premier League, whilst widely regarded as playing the best football. I think expectations play a huge part, Man City fans expect to roll teams over, likewise being top 6 in League 1 for us is expected. We’re not doing anything “special”. If we were steamrolling and 15pts clear at the top, with the same football being played, things might be slightly better. Looking back at the McClaren era, we went from mid table wilderness to f’in hell, we’re going up here and it was out of nowhere. It was exciting, we never expected that to happen. Under Rooney, the world was against us, we didn’t roll over and accept it was over, the team fought and gave us a glimmer of hope, that got the fans more vocal. I think using Warne and his football is a poor excuse in all honesty.

We’re fine with that, I mean we knew we would be entitled to something, never thought it would be that much. Wasn’t a career move for us unlike @sage, covers the running costs if you like.

Couldn’t imagine it. You go into it knowing they are not yours, yet you treat them like your own as that’s the least they deserve, 2 months in they already feel like ours with the bond we’ve made with them. To hear the eldest say he doesn’t want me to go to work, recognising where I work, where they live, calling it home, my Jax is no their Jax. And to think this could be either till they are 18 or temporary, it’s just something I’m trying not to think a great deal about and will face that day whatever comes our way. To take a baby on, see them grow to taking their first steps then leave. Brutal. Feel for you guys.

You’ve just removed any credit Warne will receive for winning games. Win, was the players ignoring him. Draw/Loss, Warnes useless
  16. It’s nice to see they are following the Championship twitter account again, ready to be welcomed back in the summer

Just on this bit, is that twice a week as suggested by their mum, or once a fortnight suggested by Social worker?
