  1. To think this could possibly not have happened without this forum, makes it all worthwhile. Glad you both made it and have this memory.
  2. Day

    Paul Warne

    Couldn’t agree more @NottsRam77.
  3. Love that the players went into town to mix it with the fans, could have easily gone to a pub privately booked out but no. Lots of taxis available in town as well ahem.
  4. Would feel like the Wales DVD, at the same time f*** it, would give those fans that wanted their lap of honour to applaud, can do it through the city. Rival fans want to mock? Go for it. Was only a couple of years ago we had 4 players on the books. Not like we’ve spent millions to fight it out with Luton and Burnley. This team need to see what this achievement means to us all.
  5. Lovely. 🐏 How did this happen, who organised it?
  6. Bit of hand cream probably used…
  7. We’re told it’s a jagerbomb. I’ve had a few in my time, it’s Jäger which in a dark brown mixture, almost like cough medicine and red bull. Never in my life have I seen a pinky purple one. No prizes for guessing who it is.
  8. Once everyone has sobered up
  9. Not my picture. What do you think is being drank here?
  10. Got pictures if you want to see 👀
  11. Having scrolled through Instagram this afternoon/evening, seeing the pictures of Dad’s on the pitch with their sons and daughters, players being paraded around on fans shoulders, I don’t know. They are pictures that won’t just live in digital format on phones, printed off, displayed around the house, memories that will last a lifetime. The scenes of thousands on the pitch was far from being embarrassing, in fact the club are putting content out tonight of the fans on their social media channels, despite asking to stay off the pitch. Players are also sharing them as well. Celebrating like that is not for everyone, I know, much like the stands themselves, some will prefer the safety of the West Stand, others the “limbs” of the South Stand. Just think though, some of those kids, that could be the only time they get a chance to step on to the Pride Park pitch. Something many young kids could only dream of. It’s a shame fans such as yourself didn’t get the opportunity to applaud a lap of honour as you wanted, think at this time it’s one of those where just be grateful you were there. Many wouldn’t have been able attend for various reasons, I wasn’t able to even get down the pub as I’ve been throwing up and pissing out my arse since yesterday with what I can only assume to be that Norovirus kids love to share at school. Having to watch from bed, without a touch of alcohol has been tough!
