Just to update ya's all on me no fags campaign.

I'm happy to say I haven't had a 'real smoke' as such for 11 days now. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> Instead, I bought one of them E-cigs - but the strangest thing happened.... I thought I would crave a real one so badly but I really didn't. In fact, it has to be said, that I hardly use me Efag, I've had it for 11 days, I've only had to charge it once and the original cartridge is still in there.

Honestly, I'm well chuffed and eventually I hope to not use it at all but for now, I'm still taking each day as it comes.

I have the same habit of still going outside though, even if there are no harmful passive effects for others, cos instead of blowing out smoke and all the other toxins, now it's a harmless water vapour. It's more me that's still in the habit of going outside. They're a bit wierd though, mine glows green at the end, it's longer than a Superking and much heavier but don't do what I did and try to flick the ash off the end 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rolleyes:' />

So, if any of you lot are thinking of giving up the demon weed, try an E-fag, it could work for you just as well. There's a stall in the Westfield centre selling all you need near Boots if it helps.
