Open defence with team splitting passes and is a very intelligent mover. A tremendous carrier of the ball. Why would anyone call him ****? He's good whatever his stats say. I was being ironic and not seriously comparing Davies to Silva. However, as a more serious point, when Geoff Shreeve talked about Silva's assists, he meant it as a compliment. He didn't say he was a **** player afterwards, but neither did he say he was a great player. He didn't have to, he was just using a stat to show how important Silva is to Man City.
