Boycie
Got me phone back from London. Jail broke and supposedly with a new upgrade to make it like an iPhone 4 or summart? Anyway, still can't get my sim contacts uploaded, I've asked it to do it but it won't, it seems to do something but the numbers never get transferred. davenportram
Might be the jailbreak interfering with it. Sometimes there are bugs that jailbreaks produce .

davenportram
Have you made sure that the contacts from your old phone have been copied to the sim card? I made that mistake when I tried to import mine over. They showed up in my old phone but were saved in that phones memory not on the Sim card. Had to find the option to copy all contacts to Sim card then do it again .
Boycie
That's a good answer, that deserves me spending time to check out your theory. Brb.
Day
Remove the jail break, unless you can say why you need it. Some people have reported it slows the phone down, it's also not bug free. A new iOS update came out on Wednesday I think it was and iPhone 3 users claim it's made the phone even snappier. Plug the phone into iTunes and restore as new then run the software update
