Day
Martin Gould beat Ronnie O'Sullivan 286-258 in the final of the Power Snooker Masters in Manchester. The Pinner Potter trailed 234-138 after three racks of the final but he showed great character to battle back and claim the top prize when the 30-minute clock stopped. Gould enjoyed a great tournament as he defeated Judd Trump, Stuart Bingham and Mark Selby before victory in the final and he is now hoping to take his form to December's UK Championship in York. "I hope so," he told ITV4 when asked if he can transfer his Power Snooker form to traditional snooker competition. "Obviously it's a bit of a different game but I'm cueing well so all bodes well for the next couple of tournaments that are coming up." Gould enjoyed his time at the Trafford Centre and was full of praise for the fans. "The crowd have been fantastic all weekend so big up to them," he added. "I've loved every minute of it." O'Sullivan, who thrashed Neil Robertson 519-157 in the semi-finals, was full of praise for Gould. He said: "Congratulations to Martin. "I had a couple of chances but Martin took full advantage. He deserved to win." http://www1.skysports.com/snooker/news/12243/7321877/Gould-wins-Power-Snooker

-JW-
Can I get the "did you screw back for the brown?" in before the rush? If he didnt go for the brown i presume he would have potted the pink instead. I think we should swerve the matter though.
