Alex W
Someone just tried to attack him, not sure if it was with flour or whatever. The assailant is handcuffed and pretty calm about it all, think he must have just been making a statement and throwing something on him. Also a report saying that woman was grabbing Rupert Murdoch from behind, not sure to do what. Interesting enquiry, they seem to be using the old 'Police enquiry so we can't mention anything', or just claiming they knew nothing. Anyone else watching this? Alex W
James "I Have no Knowledge of That" Murdoch That's the one. He knows more than he's letting on, I don't think he was involved in anything, but clearly hes been finding out things that he's now keeping quiet. The mention of hacking 9/11 survivors was totally denied by Rupert Murdoch, yes he hesitated a little. Seemed a bit uneasy, something there triggered in his head for sure. dcfcdavecov
It's only pointing out that there are more important issues our politicians should be focusing on other than why did Cameron hire this guy and who's been having slumber parties.

ramesses
A self-serving joke by The Murdoch owned Times. You’d hope they’d think twice before using the plight of starving babies to deflect attention away from the abuse of power and undemocratic influence of their proprietor. Leeds Ram
while phone hacking is an important scandal that does need attention, there are far more important things we need to gt right first in my opinion. The times and the rest of the murdoch empire will be trying to get everyone to calm down but from the looks of it that tactic is futile.
Perky1106
Bloody hell, can they do that?! To be fair if you're a worldwide media organisation that hacked the phone of a dead teenager it means you might as well do whatever the **** you want. Duracell
Can't believe the British public in all of this. If you see the kind of stories reported in some of these papers, how could you not tell that they're dirty with how they get their information. Loved the Daily Star advert - "The paper you can trust" - yeah right. Every single tabloid is out to make money from out stupid public and they'll get their stories at whatever the cost. Just shut down all the tabloid, and teach people to read properly.
Duracell
BBC reporting that Daily Mirror have been at it too. The thick plottens, but it's not surprising.

Just shut down all the tabloid, and teach people to read properly. The Star is priceless. In the same edition of "The paper you can trust", it failed to mention that their Royal correspondent, Clive Goodman, had been arrested and his office searched that week. Yes the same Clive Goodman who served a jail sentence for hiring the PI who did the phone hacking for the NoTW! Ramnut's right. Look at the tits, telly and footie by all means but don't believe a word they say about owt else.
