WBA fan at work says they currently have the best team he's seen in years Pre - Simon Hunt they had a decent scouting system anyway, especially of abroad. It's why they had a good advantage over the rest of the NPC is that when in the prem, they could attrack cheap but decent foreign players.. The likes of Paul Scharner, Robert Koren, Diomansi Kamara, Meiti all came from abroad and featured in the NPC. They have tonnes more, plus a cracking use of the lower leagues/Scotland to have the likes of Dorrans, Brunt, Morrison etc..
