How far do they realistically think they can go as a club?

Millwall’s budget is simply not that of a top 6 Championship club, not sure what they can expect there really?

Think he’s done a great job there but his style of football is always going to be an issue when his teams stop winning games. Must be really bad if those fans think it’s bad though

Not sure what they are expecting- they lost their main player for many a season on a free to WBA this season. 
I also think if they got rid of Rowett he would be back here in a flash if we showed interest - despite his snake like behaviour previously 

if he had stayed I don’t think we would have had the fun of the lampard year or the chaos of administration whilst surviving in the championship.

Maybe they think they can do the same as Brighton and kick on despite their relative size.

Remember the outcry when they dared get rid of Chris Hughton?

Fans of the clubs he's been at know his limitations and never seem that perturbed by his exit even if he's done well. For fans of other teams and the media though, it's a different story.
