Leeds Ram Posted March 4, 2022 Share Posted March 4, 2022 You see it with plenty of players such as Jermaine Pennant, Charlie Adam etc. who show a lot of promise but fail to perform consistently over a season. It's not dissimilar to managers who have a good season and then fail over a longer period of time. The attributes needed to be a success short term are not the same over a longer period of time.
