His play off failure knack gets the better of him again. 6th - Frank Lampard's Derby County (as all media refer to us) have an up and down season, playing breath taking football one minute and abysmal the next but team with "quite a few Chelsea loanees" has a decent season. Rowett fans say "its no better than what GR did" but it is, it really is. 8th - QPR - McClaren have a mini revival of his DCFC days by inheriting a squad that the previous manager had spent ages getting rid of the awful ones. FUrter proff that getting the right job counts for more than talent. 14th - Reading.
