Our signings are only 'poor' because we keep changing managers

The perceived issue here is that Paul Clement (Managed by WMG) signed Butters & Johnson (Both WMG) in the summer, followed by Blackman & Camara (Both WMG) in January. 

So yes the manager does get a say, but the manager is managed by WMG.

Darren bent is with stellar football ltd

blackman is with SEM group

so.....the WMG theory looks flawed.

if ayrton wassall working for WMG was the issue then surely Darren Wassall would be in the poo

i still think its the Darren Bent clause.

But your omitting numerous other signings from the scenario. 

In my business I still have dealings with my ex employer, because the relationship is already there and I know I can trust them.

The only way I see your scenario as a problem is if there have been undeclared financial incentives for the transactions, in which case we are talking about a criminal matter as opposed to a lack of care of duty.

I'm still catching up here....only just read that Rush has been sacked!

and i see on another thread that bent and shackell are supposedly with WMG so maybe they changed agents?

the issues with agents does 't totlly surprise.

i posted a couple of seasons back about how all the u21 signings were with First Contact.
