My nomination:the absolute bloody tool who lives 3 doors down who parked on my neighbours driveway (he's on his jollies) and put both empty wheelie bins on my side of the drive meaning I had to park, move the bins, pull into my drive, get out and then return neighbours bin to his garden and my bin to my garden.
