Rampage Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Last year we had the squad with the youngest average age in the Championship at just over 23 years. Is this too young a squad to win the Championship and to form the basis of a side that can survive in the Premiership if we get promoted? I am beginning to think that we need a couple more old heads who have played in the Premiership. Grant, Keogh, Shotton, Forsyth, Bryson, Martin, Dawkins & Ward should all be in their prime or at least approaching it soon. I think we have enough experience in the team there and the additions of talented youth players like Hughes, Christie, Ibe etc give us a great chance.
