blackNwhites
Might be early days, sure, but how many of you would've believed that at the beginning of the season? Middlesbrough have the best. That's with a changeable defence as well, Bucko's not always been involved, Whitbread's getting a good few games under his belt for the first time in ages and today we played some of the game without either Keogh or Bucko. Still kept a clean sheet though. Second highest scorers as well, behind Watford. GboroRam
Too early in the season to start looking at stats. Unless you are a tree, then it's a week too late. Bris Vegas
Still a long way to go but it doesn't surprise me. We only conceded 35 goals in Steve McClaren's official 36 Championship games last season. I can see a simialr record this season, perhaps 50 goals conceded if we account for a couple of 3-2 scorelines along the way. This is true, but with what many on here, including myself, consider a weak defence, we ain't been doing too bad. Is it 4 or 5 clean sheets in a row now? Impressive. Dimmu
Defensive record second best in the league but it's still our weakest part of the team... I read it as we might do alright this season!
