We pressed and pressed and denied them space and worked so hard to snuff out anything Reading tried. We went 2-0 up with our only two efforts on goal. I tHought Whitbread played well in the back line - watch how many times its him who heads it away. Its a different kind of performance to the swash buckling attacking edge of the seat stuff we love, but it was impressive in a different way. That's it in a nutshell - words like "calm", "maturity" and "patience" are used in abundance about this squad.....we are no longer a hell for leather team....
