petersimple Posted September 27, 2014 Share Posted September 27, 2014 One of my favourite pleasures is getting into a warm bed, turning on the bedside lamp and getting stuck into Gerald Mortimer's Derby County : The complete record (first edition). I also like reading or listening to Pepys' Diary before I go to sleep. There is something very reassuring about that book and its "and so to bed." Another thing I like is listening to a good book being read by an skilled reader on Radio 4 at 00:30 followed by Ronald Binge's Sailing By. Recently we had Pepys plus Binge and that was perfect.
