eddie
I was using the term stable as a deragotary phrase i.e. firmly planted in mid table season after season Stable is only a bad thing if you hang the words 'shut', 'door', 'horse' and 'bolted' somewhere in its vicinity. NottsRam77
Has Nigel Clough got what it takes to make Derby a real force ?Yes, at what times seems like a glacial pace, but imo yes. Things like having solid foundations and a strong youth academy are all essential for a long and successful future and a policy I fully endorse. It's just not as much fun as seeing your club throw a few million quid that they haven't got at a few signings and getting us all excited and full of hope which I think we're all really crying out for. We want the fun back, although we tried that with mr jewell and I think only now have we just recovered, although it was nice at the time making all those signings until we realised they were all plop
