So instead of bland Efes I've been drinking porters, IPAs, Amber's and Winter Ale.

Az Alerts have just tweeted Matt Ryan has now told everyone (I assume they mean in the club) he will be leaving and not signing a new contract. Usually when a player communicates their final decision it’s because they’re about to sign with a new club. Wonder if he’ll end up a Ram 

I hear bits off a good friend of mine, who gets messages off someone who clearly knows someone at Moor Farm. Whatever capacity that is.

He is, similar to Bird. I’ve done a deep dive into fan comments from both Excelsior and AZ and the consensus is that he’s technically a very good player but really struggles physically. A few eyebrows raised about his potential destination of choice (Championship) which is seen as a very physical league, although I’m not sure it is. I’d say it’s fast paced, which is why some struggle, but wouldn’t say it’s physical.

For the first time in over 50 years of supporting Derbyshire, I have just about had enough. I’m not sure MA fully appreciated the difficulty of keeping your best players and being able to attract the best overseas to a club like us. If we still have Masood and Du Plooy on the books I think it looks very different. 
I don't think he is the coach to motivate a small club to punch above its weight and we've seen enough to know that now.
