Anyone know what other clubs have done that have been in the same situation? Sunderland, Wednesday, Leeds, Manchester City etc have all been down to the 3rd tier and have large away followings. Especially Leeds I'm hearing. 🤪

Yes that does want sorting. Haven't had to ask a member if they had a spare and never would. 

I got tickets for the one's that I wanted to go without a membership so definitely won't be forking out for membership. Actually only one ground in the championship that I've not been to so I'm keeping my money in my very deep pockets. 

RIP Willie. I was really young when he played but do have vague memories of him. 

I think today at edgbaston has been skyjacked so it doesn't look like it's been streamed. Don't know of any pubs local to me that are likely to be showing it. By the way, I do have my ticket been as it's a home game but am going to old trafford tomorrow morning. Not enough time for an old boy to get his beauty sleep between travelling to matches so I can see why players are complaining. 🏏🍺

Arbroath? Yet no mention of the famous Arbroath Smokie? Mind, steak and black pudding pie sounds great too. That part of Scotland would be great for me as my sister married a Scotsman and lives there. My niece lives in Perth and I've never been to St Johnstone's ground so that'd do for me. 🍺

I think I heard Mickey mention that the SA season finishes after the County Championship starts so everyone is assuming he's lining up a South African but won't be available straight away which would put us in a similar situation as with  Amir.

I often go to watch Buxton home and away if I can't get a ticket for an away match with Derby.  Even sadder, I'm going to Abbey Hulton United v New Mills this Saturday as there's naff all else on.  I don't do Premier League at all.  Not even on a pub tele.  

I'm that confident that we're going up automatically that I'm just about to buy a ticket for Count Arthur Strong at buxton opera house on Friday the 3rd. Nearly sold out and no membership pecking order. 😉

I can't stand for the whole match nowadays. When it gets unbearable I just leave the ground. I was going to go to Darlington the other week to watch buxton till I read that all seating was for home season ticket holders. I'd presume they would have to make arrangements for disabled.

I really can't understand all of this. Nobody's actually bought a ticket so haven't lost any money. Those that have already booked hotels, trains etc. Why? Look at it another way, those that can't go through no fault of their own have a better chance of seeing it even if it is on a subscription tv channel.
