  1. There has to be something we can do with this...
  2. We have plan A, cross from the left to nobody and plan B, cross from the right to nobody.
  3. My Spurs supporting mate explained it to me like this, "He might not get the goal or the assist, but he is always involved in whatever lead to a goal or assist. He ties it all together." Now, do I think we should move Bellingham to accommodate him? Absolutely not. On current form, Bellingham is among the best players on the planet. You play him in whichever position he is most comfortable and most likely to win you games, as he has been doing for Madrid.
  4. I don't see why we would wait until then to get it done. He is obviously the kind of player we want. I'd put an extension in front of him now instead of waiting for a month when he will have his agent and other clubs in his ear ever 10 minutes.
  5. Offering contracts covers us in a tribunal as well I think, so even if they don't sign new deals and leave in the summer we can still expect to get some money in.
  6. My personal view on a CEO who presides over an organisation that goes bust in the way Derby did is that they either knew what was going on and were too weak and/or incompetent to change the outcome, or they had no idea what was really going on in which case they were too weak/incompetent to change the outcome.
  7. Not sure if this warrants it's own thread, admins do your thing if this is some sort of duplicate. The ICC Cricket World Cup kicks off today. First up is England v New Zealand in a re-run of the 2019 final. Seems like a pretty open tournament this time around, probably a few different teams that really feel like they can win it. Conditions probably favour the local sides, but with so many players in the IPL and PSL playing out there it might negate that somewhat.
