  1. I never had the pleasure and privelege of meeting this remarkable young man. I enjoyed reading his posts and admired his loyalty to all thing Derby County! He wasn’t even born in the glory years of Cloughie and Taylor yet his enthusiasm put many of us old PopSiders to shame. He was genuinely loved and respected by all of us on DCFCfans and the many testimonials on here are proof of this. My condolences and sincere good wishes at this sad time to David and family. Thank you for the brightness and warmth which Daniel, B4, gave us in often dark and sometimes cheerless times! Dan, Dan The great Rams Fan His real name was Daniel Yet we knew him as B4 A better football fan you’ll Never meet I’m sure He clearly loved his family And every Rams fan true To join the Pride Park faithful And sing his heart out too! What do the rest of you think?
  2. NML was in a class of his own today. If he hadn’t been, we would have lost by at least those two goals! whilst he was on the pitch I was able to keep optimistic, even with only a few minutes to go. Thank you for making it a decent match when it could have been a real embarrassment. NML kept launching Hinton style crosses into the box, and it is only because we do not have a Hector or O’Hare that every centre was messed up today! It is interesting that he also had to play a real captain’s role and score twice to draw the match. We will probably win the replay and hope to have a decent performance against Bristol. Although I hope the FA Cup does not become an unnecessary distraction.
  3. She stands no nonsense and is a good assessor of situations as they arise. She quickly gains the respect of the players who know that she is fair and impartial! To succeed in what has been an essentially male preserve is an achievement in itself. Congratulations on this recognition of your talent!
  4. Brummies are livid that Eustace was unexpectedly replaced by Rooney when in the top six. Then 3 rotten defeats. Now many on here are predicting a change of Rams manager when we are seventh with a game in hand and two points off the playoffs! Two rotten weekend and two magic midweek games in last four! Suddenly we get a topic like this!
  5. Watching Sibley in games recently I am more and more convinced that he is being over-managed! Zlatan used to say that he was a Ferrari being driven like a Fiat! Sir Matt Busby said to Bestie “George, just be in the round 15 minutes before kick-off and you’re in the team!” Sibley is too good to be micromanaged. Would it be best for Mr Warne to let him off the lead and play to his strengths? Use him or lose him to a Prem team and watch his value multiply for them!
