Seen a lot Wigan fans saying they reckon he’ll be gone before their game v Northampton on the 13th. Also seen a few of them saying he’s best as a right winger and because he hasn’t played there all season he’s been worse than previous years. Could be a good signing for a low fee.

A 6 month loan would be great.

Looked good a couple times I’ve seen him, there fans also rave about him. At 25 could probably make the step up to championship football over the next few years.

We’ve won the same amount of games since November 25th that Charlton have since matchday 1. Wouldn’t be over worried about them even if they signed Lionel Messi. Bar there forwards and Dobson they’re s****.

Sadly has no impact as he plays left back or left wing.

Seen a few championship clubs linked aswell, Charlton wouldn’t be a very good move for him as he’s definitely a low end championship or very top end league one player

Seems he wants out, a lot of their fans reckon sell him as they won’t be near the playoffs this year. So who knows.

You’d be surprised how desperate teams get in January, also they’ll know they can’t get him for free as they’ll have to pay decent compensation as he’ll have played over 200 senior games for us come the summer. Also if hull are the team who want him the most they do have money to spend so won’t mind spending the extra few hundred k to get him 6 months earlier. Also would imagine he’s on a decent wage a league one player so could divide his wages among 2 players should he go. But I still want him to stay.

Also when is the last derby have played a team 3 times in a season with 3 different managers managing each game.

Leigh Curtis said earlier the Blackett-Taylor link won’t go away. Cant imagine he’d be too much as he’s in the last 6 months of his contract. He also could want to leave as it doesn’t look like Charlton will be gettin top 6 this season. I also noticed on instagram he seems to be friends with Kane Wilson and NML. Two guys who are enjoying their football this season at Derby. Hopefully they can sway him to come to the East Midlands if we are interested.

Bird clearly is best in a 2 behind a 10 in a team who like to dominate possession, we rarely play a formation to get him playing to his max (excuse the pun) and we never play possession football anymore. So I do think he’s unlucky as we’re not really suited to him at all anymore. If he doesn’t want to sign a new contract, sell him and with the money on top of whatever we already are willing to spend we could sign 3/4 players to help get us with promotion with loans and perms. I love Bird and would be happy if he stays but it could benefit all 3 parties involved if he does go this January. I certainly would keep cash out of the two of them if that was a choice needed to be made

He’s back on the grass, and with the team training next week, so could well be in a squad by end of January. Be good for teams desperate down the bottom.

Owen Moxon has to be a player we're looking at, These are his stats compared to other central midfielers in league one Aswell as being 6 foot 2 and winning the ball back in the final 3rd 9 times in comparison to Hourihanes 4 who plays a similar role Moxon is in the last 6 months of his contract and is about to enter his prime years as hes 25 years old. Seems an ideal player to pick up,

Didn’t really know where to ask this, but being from Ireland don’t get to go to much away games. Want to go to Charlton away does anyone know when the tickets are going on sale as I can’t see anything on the Derby website yet. Or how far in advance do away tickets usually get put on sale.

If elder plays like he did against Peterborough and stays fit he looks like well good enough cover imo

I agree 4 wins from 5 would be good enough. That would mean 12 points from a possible 15 on top of our 25 points from the last 30 available. Which would total at 37 points from a possible 45 points topping the desired 2 points per game by 7 points over a 15 game stretch. Aka as automatic promotion form.

Would be going all out for Azeez, great up turn at 22 with a great footballing brain aswell as bags of quality. Get Fornah on the phone to him make it happen. Will definitely be a championship player in the next season or two if he continues to improve.
