We know Vaughan has been sunning his sausage with Theo and a few other goons the last week or so and this could have slowed that particular communication down. It seems perfectly plauisble that we have not made a formal bid pending news on several fronts but it appears that we are going to have to up the ante on this one and to try and push it through if we really want him and dont want to get gazzumped.
