Stimacked
former Ram Rob Lee s son Oliver is set to play for the rezzies tonight. He is 20 and a West Ham player. Described as versatile. Pass and move midfielder. loan move ?
Stimacked
Oliver Lee it is by the way. His only experience so far has been on loan with Dagenham. Read some comments on a daggers forum. Some were complaining that he dident get stuck in and did little when not on the ball. He is highly rated at West Ham but very raw obviously. One poster said he was a luxury they dident need. Certainly not a grafter. The kind of player that would benefit from being protected by some tough tackling defensive midfielders. At a guess maybe Rob Lee suggested him to Clough. Seems like Rob still keeps a close eye on his sons footie progress. Rob Lee being an ex ram and all that. Very different kind of player to Greenie if he is the loan player to cover Greens likely departure.

Maybe another one for the development squad
Smyth_18
Whatever happened to this 'development squad' anyway? Pringle, Martin, Deeney etc. Were meant to be a part of it. Now it just seems; Your in the reserves or released if you aren't good enough, youth team if you're up and coming, and first team if you're good enough. Stimacked
Think it might end up as Oliver Bust for him here after all. He has been told he can leave by West Ham. Like somone said, at best, "one for the developement squad" On his profile it says he can play with both feet and can play at fullback on the wing, but prefers centre midfield. Sounds on paper like a fit for Green.Although he has talent, his performances for the Daggers, showed he is not keen on challenging players for the ball, and is not a hard worker and doesen't like to graft. He diden't do himself many favours in front of Clough in the Reserves the other night as he managed one shot and his contribution diden't count for much as Burton overan Derby winning 4-1.
