i wasn't impressed with the referee today,refs from Aus,NZ and S Africa always seem to be against the sides from the northern hemisphere

Don't like Rugby meself - but MrRam and eldest lamb like it - so I watched the last 20 minutes, got into it towards the end, but too much stopping and starting for me, and as for the, 'it doesn't finish till the ball's kicked out of play' what's that all about. :eek:

the match carries on after 80 minutes until the ball is dead,thats why they kicked it out of play

Just like Quidditch. If it was during the day I might watch it but no chance at night. Until England get to the final that is.

South Africa - the luckiest rugby-playing nation in the world.

Every time I see them play they're played off the park for most of the game but end up winning thanks to the misfortunes of the other team and incredibly generous refereeing.

Wales deserved to win today,they played really well.
