He's pretty good at working with what he's got. Agreed, never got relegated in his long career, a bit like Alladyce Bolton, Curbs Charlton he has built something good there and they will struggle when he goes. Like I said, when I was a kid, no one particularly liked Leeds, media or fans - yet now, the media falls over itself to be next in line to drop to their knees and kiss Ken Bates' @r$e.
