Let's Talk al-Notts Rovers

Wasn't this Rhodes first game back from a hammy injury which he was 50/50 to play in?

Yup. And to be fair that would excuse him looking a bit off or out of sorts.....but he didn't get a sniff, I mean not in the slightest.

Injuries could well play a big part in that, but you'd expect a striker rated at £8m to cause 1 problem from open play somewhere even carrying a knock - he was totally anonymous due to our organized defence.

Like I've said - 1 goal will often be enough for us (although not against Bolton it won't)

If you did get rid of Miller, Derbyshire and McGoldrick, would you go after another striker, or just stick with;

Cox

Blackstock

Tudgay

Findley

Blackstock is a good striker, and banter aside, Cox will probably do well for you, but Tudgay and Findley I'm not sure would give you great depth. You'd be as well getting rid of Miller, Derbyshire, McGoldrick, Tudgay and Findley, and then bringing in two decent strikers.

Findley just didnt get the rub of the green last year. He has talent, just needs to apply himself. Tudgay is a good back up striker. Was one of our better players last year so im willing to give him time to see what he can do.

Blackstock and Cox up front? Good front pairing that. Need to buy another defender and a couple of wingers first. Good looking side coming on though.

I see Freeman has gone to Derby

The Brolly man played him in midfield in friendlys

Good neat passer of the ball & held it well.

Maybe a little light weight at this point in time, but a very good player.

Dawn don't worry mate I'm only having a little fun

That Daveo lad is more than capable of holding his own & offen does 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />
