I think it is a brilliant appointment for them, fair play to both the chairman and the manager, they have both swallowed their prode and made a decision that is the best one for Posh. He was doing terrible in the league you are completely correct, how those Posh fans hated him when he got them promoted twice on the trot, it must have been a nightmare for them. Boro ram Posted January 14, 2011 Share Posted January 14, 2011 The appointment has been well accepted by Posh fans obviously there will always be a few against it as there was hell of a lot of rumours flying around regarding Fergie leaving .I went to watch them on Tuesday evening and the mood was very upbeat and thats unusual in Peterborough.
