Hi all

just been looking on the portsmouth forum (sorry dont know how to post the link) but from the sound of some of the posts on there they are not looking forward to coming to PP they think they are going to be on the end of a spanking !

just another point aswell just been listening to radio derby sports scene talkin and a question about kuchi his loan spell runs out 18 December and some one on there said that we can not extend his loan and he will have to go back to swansea until january when we can then loan him again however this means we wil be without him for the florest game, anyone know why we cant just extend his loan now till january as we have just loaned moore again for another month

Becasue 18th Decemebr will be 93 days. In each emergency/short term loan period a player cannot spend more than 93 days at a club, even if it is more than 1 loan. (QPR did that with Tommy smith once the permanent deal wasn't ratified - three separate loans totalling 93days, separated by a few days, meaning he is there until January as a loanee)

Luke Moore will have had two sepearte loan periods, separated by a couple of days which I assume was the reason for the delay between the deal being agreed in principle being announced and the deal being done a couple of days later.

Interestingly Moore will only have been with us for 56 days in total by 20th Novemebr when his loan runs out, we have until the 25th to extend it again for the remaining 37days which would run until the January window opens.

We could be wihtout Kuqi, but I think we will still have Moore until January.

INJURED strikers Alberto Bueno and Luke Moore hope to be fit for Derby County's televised home game against Portsmouth on Saturday.

An ankle injury forced Bueno to limp off after 36 minutes of the 4-1 win against Watford at the weekend.

"Alberto took a knock on his ankle at Millwall and did not train all week before the Watford game," said manager Nigel Clough.

"He was never 100 per cent but he said he would give it a go, which is a wonderful attitude.

"He got another kick on it after about 15 or 20 minutes and we felt he could not get around as he usually does.

"We hope he will be OK for the weekend."

Moore felt his hamstring in training on Friday and missed the Watford clash.

The 24-year-old, who extended his loan from West Bromwich Albion late last week, was in the frame to start.

"Hopefully Luke is not too bad and he will also be available for the weekend," said Clough.

Midfielder Paul Green battled on for 67 minutes against Watford before he was replaced by Ben Pringle.

"Greenie had been suffering from the flu which sapped his energy a little bit," said Clough.

"He did not train on Friday but he is another one who said he would give it a go, which is a lovely attitude."
