It will affect the players in question. It will be their tax to pay back . The club has given them the wage and deducted tax accordingly that's all. However, it adds 25 cases opened against clubs and 55 against agents, as part of the same initiative. Manchester United quote ongoing "active discussions " in their latest accounts.
