I stated in a previous blog that Flojo can't put in a decent cross and that's sad seeing he's played on the wing most of his career. Like the idea of Waggers and Paterson playing wide, with options to cut inside with Malone and Lowe acting as wingbacks. Certain that Martin's hold up flicks and little lay offs would suit Marriott especially if he's playing on the shoulder of the opposing teams centre half. And while we are at it, just play one holding central midfielder instead of two. Always liked Martin, shame, he did'nt figure in Rowett or Frank's plans. Then on top of that he went on loan to the wrong clubs that did'nt suit his style of play. Still think he needs more game time now to boost his confidence and build up a fear for the opposing teams, with Waggers, Marriott and Martin all on the pitch at the same time.
