Hells teeth that's sad.

I can remember us signing him and watching him play.  A bit like Derek Hales he came with a really good goalscoring record for another club but either we didn't play the way he needed us to, or he took too long to get settled and start playing well and scoring or he just wasn't good enough, but whatever it was it didn't work out. We sure weren't in the greatest of shapes as a club at the time which can't have helped. Football is a tough profession sometimes.

But 60. No age. RIP Bobby.

Only 60 years old - that is awful. I remember Bobby signing for us on the recommendation of Roy MacFarland, but he never really settled at the club, hardly surprising considering the mess we were in at the time. When he went back to Bradford he started banging them in again as he had previously done.

RIP Bobby and condolences to his family.
