Laptop. Firefox. Just for clarity, the only way I know of to split the quote is to press Enter twice, where I want the split to be. I don't know if there is another way. That is the way to split quotes, seems like a standard reply but can you try clearing your cache, if that doesn't work could you try Internet Explorer?
