Maybe that's why he's got that verbal tick. When he says 'like you say' it's because he's been interviewed by Gibbo so much that Gibbo normally has just said it. 

When it makes me really laugh is on sky, with better interviewers who haven't just said it. I'd really like one of them to interrupt and say 'but that's nothing like what I just said, Richard, I'd actually like to hear something like you would say.'
