Tombo
First names here: http://www.dcfc.co.uk/news/article/paul-clement-reading-a-reaction-1516-2690756.aspx “I am pleased for Tom because that is his first one of the season,” he said. “He has been frustrated that he hadn’t got off the mark yet. “It’s pleasing to see other players contributing with the goals too. We have had Johnny and Chris on the scoresheet recently and now we have got Tom on there as well. The more threats we have got in the side, the better for everybody. And here: http://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/Derby-County-Switching-keepers-big-deal-says-Paul/story-27819651-detail/story.html "As I've said, I have two very good goalkeepers. I am fortunate to have two such keepers. "I will just pick the one I think on the day is going to do the best for the team. Whether that is Scott or Lee, I am very confident in both of them. It is a nice position for me." But here, we've got surnames: When he uses first names, it's in congratulatory or praising terms, but any other matter-of-fact times he uses surnames. ...Or so it seems. Maybe he doesn't think about it at all and we've jumped onto nothing...

angieram
Just watched the full interview with Kevin Phillips and he is pretty articulate. He also mentioned being brought in to help the team to play as a unit. I don't know how much influence he had at Leicester but their team spirit has been brilliant in recent months so I hope he can do similar here. We have all this talent and just got to get the balance right and it will click.
