Think folk are reading way much into it all interviews ive heard are usually a mix between first on second names I guess he just says whatever comes in to his head.

Just watched the full interview with Kevin Phillips and he is pretty articulate. He also mentioned being brought in to help the team to play as a unit. 

I don't know how much influence he had at Leicester but their team spirit has been brilliant in recent months so I hope he can do similar here. 

We have all this talent and just got to get the balance right and it will click.
