He's got that bit of quality to make things happen...but more than that, at the end last night you could see he was devastated! That's the sort of passion we need.

Hope we sign him in the summer...good, dedicated player.

Same was said about George Thorne though, plus he is enjoying himself and scoring lots of goals which he hasn't done so in the prem yet.

We stick him out wide for our system. But he is devastating when he plays through the middle. It is a shame our defense have been a shambles since Tom has been here. Otherwise he would get more freedom in his role to come central.

However, I'm not saying that's the reason for his or any of the players disappointment. I believe they are all genuinely disappointed that we have thrown away a golden opportunity and they have thrown away any chance of getting some limelight from mid table PL clubs.

On the same note - when Bent wasn't squared the ball in a scoring position he didn't gesticulate or complain. Reckon if that's Martin in there he's definitely making his thoughts known.
