Animal is a Ram
Sony's hardware is some of the best around, imo. Win7 is ace, Win8 is poop. But it follows the pattern - XP was fantastic (so good, they've only just cut support - it's over 11yrs old!) and Vista was poop. Just means that the next iteration should be good. davenportram
They've only cut XP to force people onto Windows 8 to justify the costs of developing and the redeveloping it. 3.11 was great 95 &98 ***** Xp excellent Vista ***** 7 took me a while to get used to 8 never tried on a pc but windows phone was functional Windows 9 will be excellent again
trekkie_ram
Windows 8.1 is fast as f**k and very stable & secure. It's just the attempt to load everything in it's own app that's annoying.
Day
It's easy to spot the people willing to help Alpha and those wanting him to throw money away on a Windows machine
eddie
Nah, they just try and sell you some expensive cleaning solution as well, apparently.... Windowslene?
eddie
I've had my Macbook Pro for about 4/5 years and it's still going strong. It also laughs at Windows based viruses trying to hack in! I literally hear it laughing! Still got a Titanium Powerbook G4, circa 2002. I booted it up for old time's sake a couple of weeks ago - still works fine, but the battery has seen better days. So does my old Amiga 500, which sees the light of day whenever I have a desire to play Lemmings.
