ive had an idea

yep - that's true. thats why I reckon cost per poster wouldn't be that high if the club got involved. It would give the normal fans who cant afford a minimum of £75 to bid on a match worn shirt, a nice momento of the day and raise money for charity.

I think there might be a case of lets make money off this and sell merchandise to boost the clubs coffers (nothing wrong with that) but there ahs to be room to provide something limited to those who went, that is afforadable.

After all the club would have a record of customer numbers that attended, so they could do a registration of interest period where people sign up as interested (automated system could be used to filter email responses by customer number)

For a large organisation it could be done quite easily

The club don't have to have any involvement in commissioning the artist.

Cheaper for the club. The artist will want paying again for the artwork, kinda makes sense even if it is a pretty poor design

Makes sense on a commercial level for the club. But the design could be better.

Seen artwork for the DVD on twitter - its going to be called Demolition Derby.
