Maybe because you were playing against 11 men rather than 10? I think it's fairly clear that last week's efforts at containing our youth team took its toll on the Ilkeston squad's fitness. However losing to 10 men when you are 1-0 up after 4 mins, that takes a special kind of stupid. Bring up 10 men anytime you want, because your experience of 10 man is a lot more laughable than ours.
