Ambitious
Must be. 3 Burnley, 3 Brighton, 3 Yeovil etc. Wow, Derby fans must be loving their season? Can't be... Bournemouth have scored 18 and conceded 24 to our 21 goals, and 18 conceded. We're the second highest scoring side in the division though. Millwall 5 Brentford 5 (does it factor in cup games?) Ipswich 4 Leeds 3 Yeovil 3 ...etc So does mean 'goal average' - goals we scored.

Arsenal would be above us plus a few teams from the lower leagues as well at a guess, Leyton Orient for sure.
eddie
Goal Average used to be a tie-breaker for determining league position when teams were level on points. It was simply number of goals scored divided by number of goals conceded.
G STAR RAM
We would be way down if that is the definition due to the large number of goals conceded.

eddie
1 place lower what?! In the only league that matters. Cut out the flights of fancy - there's plenty of time for Europe in 2 or 3 years time.
