uttoxram75
Derby County is saddened to learn of the passing of Lilian Taylor. 84-year-old Lilian was the wife of Peter Taylor, who managed the Rams between 1982-84. He was also Brian Clough’s right-hand man during the most successful era of the Club’s history, as the Rams rose from the Second Division to become Champions of England in 1972 under their leadership. Lilian was an instrumental figure in the project to create a statue of the famous managerial duo at Pride Park Stadium, which was officially unveiled in August 2010. The condolences of everyone at Derby County go out to the Taylor family at this difficult time.
